The old portal was built for desktop and organized by insurance type. But agents work on their phones and tablets and think in actions, not categories. I redesigned the experience around how they actually work, following patterns they already use in apps like mobile banking.
We explored three layout options, each with a different information hierarchy. The direction that put sales performance first, followed by quick actions and announcements, felt like the strongest fit.

I started with low-fidelity wireframes, then explored home page variations inspired by mobile banking apps so agents could transfer mental models they already have.

Low-fidelity wireframes to align the overall structure with the team.

The renovated office interior became the visual inspiration, with its geometric shapes, layered forms, and balanced color palette.

Translated those architectural cues into the interface. This became the final visual direction.
Applied the approved visual direction across all user flows and handed off to developers for implementation.

After development, I reviewed the implemented UI with developers, logged inconsistencies, and resolved them before launch.

One portal that works on any device, organized the way agents actually think.
